The Polyester-Nylon High and Low Pile Thick Towel is made from ultra-fine polyester-nylon blended fibers (commonly 80% polyester + 20% nylon) using a “high and low pile” differential weaving process combined with a thickened design. The high pile area handles deep cleaning, while the low pile area provides fine polishing. The thickened structure enhances durability and liquid absorption, making it suitable for car detailing, home deep cleaning, and industrial wiping tasks.
Polyester-Nylon Blended Fiber: Polyester offers wear resistance and wrinkle resistance, while nylon improves strength and elasticity. Fiber fineness is 0.1–0.3 denier, with a high specific surface area for excellent capillary action, superior water and oil absorption, and minimal lint shedding.
Thickened Design: Typical GSM ranges from 300–450g/㎡. Thickening is achieved through increased pile density or composite structures, improving absorbency (5–8 times its own weight) and durability.
Structural Features: The towel surface features a regular distribution of high and low pile areas. High pile height: 3–5mm, low pile height: 1–2mm, achieved via warp or weft knitting techniques controlling needle stroke for differential pile heights.
Manufacturing Highlights: Made on double-bed warp knitting or specialized weft knitting machines. High pile uses long fibers, low pile uses short fibers. High-temperature setting (160–180°C) ensures pile stability, while edge finishing prevents unraveling.
Reinforced Mesh/Composite Layer: Some towels include a mesh overlay for enhanced tear resistance, suitable for high-intensity industrial wiping.
Hydrophilic Treatment: Reduces polyester’s natural hydrophobicity for faster liquid absorption.
Antibacterial Treatment: Silver-ion antibacterial agents inhibit E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and other bacteria, extending product life.

| Feature | Typical Range |
|---|---|

| Size | Cleaning: 30×40cm, 40×40cm; Home: 35×75cm, 40×80cm |
| Pile Height | High pile: 3–5mm, Low pile: 1–2mm |
| Absorption Ratio | 5–8× own weight |
| Wash Durability | Home ≥200 washes, Industrial ≥300 washes |
| Temperature Limit | ≤60°C (avoid fiber deformation) |
Efficient Zoned Cleaning: High pile captures dirt in gaps while low pile quickly wipes surfaces dry, increasing Cleaning efficiency by 40–60%.
Thick and Durable: High GSM combined with polyester-nylon fibers resists tearing and abrasion; repeated washing does not deform the towel. Lifespan is 2–3 times longer than ordinary towels.
Strong Water and Oil Absorption: Ultra-fine fibers with a thick structure quickly absorb liquids and leave no streaks, perfect for car paint, glass, stainless steel, and other smooth surfaces.
Soft and Surface-Friendly: Fibers are delicate, with high and low piles free of sharp ends, preventing scratches during fine cleaning tasks.
Automotive Cleaning: High pile cleans wheel hubs and tire grooves; low pile wipes car paint and windows without scratches or water marks.
Home Cleaning: High pile removes stubborn kitchen grease and stove residues; low pile dries dishes, table surfaces, and cleans window tracks or furniture gaps.
Industrial Cleaning: Wipes oil and cutting fluid from machinery parts; removes dust from electronic devices; cleans floors and equipment in workshops.
Commercial Cleaning: Hotels and restaurants can use it for table cleaning, drying utensils, and multi-purpose housekeeping tasks, improving efficiency.
Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent pile tearing. Do not use bleach or strong acidic/alkaline detergents to prevent fiber and pile damage.
Piles with abrasive surfaces are not recommended for paint, acrylic, phone screens, or other scratch-prone surfaces.

Washing: Use neutral detergent, water ≤40°C, gentle machine or hand wash. Avoid aggressive scrubbing of high pile areas. For oily towels, pre-soak 10–15 minutes.
Drying: Squeeze out water and air-dry in a ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight (fibers may age). Low-temperature ironing ≤110°C to maintain flatness.
Replacement Cycle: Home use: 1–2 months. Industrial high-frequency use: 2–4 weeks to prevent bacterial growth and reduced absorbency.
