Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Development and Maintenance: Proactively identify potential towel export customers through various online and offline channels, such as Alibaba International Station, overseas exhibitions, and social media. Establish and maintain good customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Order Processing: Responsible for the entire process of foreign trade orders, including communicating with customers to confirm product specifications, prices, delivery dates, and other order details; arranging production plans, coordinating logistics and transportation, and following up on customs clearance and inspection to ensure orders are delivered on time, with the required quality and quantity.
3. Market Research: Closely monitor international towel market dynamics, analyze industry trends, competitor situations, and changes in customer needs. Provide timely market information to the company and offer valuable suggestions for product development and marketing strategies.
4. Contract and Document Management: Draft and review foreign trade contracts and related documents, ensuring rigorous contract terms and accurate documents to avoid potential trade risks; properly manage various business documents and establish a complete business archive.
5. Customer Service: Timely handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues, actively coordinate internal company resources, and provide customers with professional and efficient solutions to maintain the company's good brand image.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: College degree or above, preferably in international trade, English, marketing, textile engineering, or related fields; outstanding fresh graduates are also considered, and the company provides a comprehensive training system.
2. Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate and negotiate with overseas customers without barriers; a CET-6 certificate or equivalent is preferred, and proficiency in other foreign languages (such as Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.
3. Professional Skills: Familiar with international trade processes, foreign trade document preparation, and import and export business operations; proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), and able to use relevant foreign trade platforms (such as Alibaba International Station, customs data platforms, etc.) for customer development and business expansion.
4. Experience Requirements: Candidates with over one year of experience in textile or towel foreign trade sales are preferred. Familiarity with towel industry product knowledge, market trends, and target customer characteristics is a plus. The company is also willing to train candidates with no prior experience but who are enthusiastic about international trade and possess strong learning abilities.
5. Personal Qualities: Must possess excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and customer service awareness; be proactive, responsible, able to handle work pressure, and adaptable to occasional business trips and flexible work schedules.
