PU Coated Printed Towels are functional towels with a polyurethane (PU) coating on the base fabric and a printed design layer. The base fabric can be microfiber (commonly 0.4μm grade), cotton, or polyester. The PU coating is applied via wet or dry methods using water-based or solvent-based PU resin, forming a dense smooth layer. The print is applied using reactive, disperse, or pigment inks depending on the base fabric and coating type, achieving both functionality and decorative appeal.
