Microfiber Microwave Oven Gloves are made from polyester/nylon blended microfiber (mainstream 80/20 or 70/30 ratio) as the outer layer, with inner composite heat-insulating cotton or film, stitched and reinforced with edge binding and anti-slip treatments. These gloves combine soft, low-lint microfiber with heat insulation, suitable for microwave handling, oven baking, and kitchen cookware tasks. Key advantages include heat resistance, anti-slip grip, quick-drying, easy cleaning, and short-term high-temperature tolerance of 180–250°C, ensuring safety and convenience.
Fabric Layer: 0.1–0.3 denier polyester/nylon microfiber. Polyester ensures durability and wrinkle resistance, while nylon provides elasticity and water absorption. Surface textures like loops or plain weave enhance grip and anti-slip performance. Lint rate ≤0.2%.
Insulation Layer: Common composite structure: Microfiber Fabric + heat-insulating cotton (needle-punched or adhesive cotton, 3–5 mm thick) + aluminum foil heat-insulating film. High-end versions use aramid insulation, with temperature resistance up to 250°C.
Anti-Slip and Reinforcement: Palm and fingers are treated with silicone print, dotted anti-slip glue, or dense loops to improve grip. Edges reinforced with four-thread stitching or ultrasonic sealing prevent fraying and extend durability.
Styles: five-finger gloves, mitten-style, short (below wrist), long (covering 10–15 cm of forearm) to suit different handling habits and protection range.
Sizes: Standard 26×18 cm, 28×17 cm; long gloves 30×20 cm. Custom sizes available for different hand shapes.

| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Heat Resistance | Withstands 180–250°C for short periods, insulation time ≥30s. Composite layers block heat transfer, preventing hand burns. Suitable for microwaves, ovens, steamers, etc. |
| Anti-Slip Grip | Silicone, dots, or loop patterns on palms/fingers ensure secure handling of smooth trays, cookware, and utensils. |
| Quick-Drying & Easy Cleaning | Microfiber capillary effect absorbs water in ≤3s, up to 8× its weight. Easy to rinse, machine washable, dries in 1 hour. No ironing required. |
| Durability & Stability | Knitted/warp-knit fabrics: tensile strength ≥200N/5cm, abrasion resistance ≥5000 cycles. Machine washable ≥50 times without fraying or deformation. Shrinkage ≤1.5%. |
| Safety & Eco-Friendly | Free of fluorescent agents and azo dyes. Colorfastness ≥4, safe for cookware, soft touch, non-abrasive. |
| Parameter | Standard Value |
|---|---|
| Material Ratio | 80% polyester + 20% nylon (mainstream), 70/30 for high-elasticity versions |
| Microfiber Specs | 0.1–0.3 denier, commonly 100D/144F, 150D/144F polyester/nylon composite yarn |
| Weight Range | 180–300 g per pair: light (180–220 g, microwave use), medium (220–260 g, general kitchen), heavy (260–300 g, oven/commercial kitchen) |
| Physical Indicators | Temperature resistance 180–250°C, insulation time ≥30s, lint ≤0.2%, shrinkage ≤1.5%, colorfastness ≥4 |
| Anti-Slip Design | Silicone print, dotted anti-slip glue, dense loops, grip ≥15N |
Fabric Weaving: Knitted/warp-knit microfiber with loop height 0.3–0.5 cm for grip and absorption; plain weave improves surface smoothness for silicone printing.
Composite & Quilting: Fabric, insulation, and foil layers quilted (2–3 cm stitch) to prevent displacement and uneven heat.
Anti-Slip & Dyeing: Silicone or dotted anti-slip coating on palms/fingers, heat-cured 120–150°C. Polyester + nylon dyed in same bath; soap washing fixes color.
Cutting & Edge Finishing: Ultrasonic cutting, four-thread stitching or ultrasonic edge sealing for durability.
Microwave Use: Safely handle heated bowls and plates. Anti-slip grip prevents slips; insulation protects hands from hot surfaces.
Oven Baking: Remove trays/racks safely; withstand ~200°C. Long gloves protect forearm, suitable for home or commercial baking.
General Kitchen Use: Handle steamers, soup pots, ceramic cookware; secure lids; daily high-frequency heat protection.
Other Uses: Outdoor BBQ handling, baking molds, laboratory hot items (within rated temperature).

Check Layer Structure: Prefer microfiber + insulation cotton + aluminum foil. Stitching should be uniform; anti-slip coating intact.
Check Physical Indicators: Temperature ≥180°C, insulation ≥30s, lint ≤0.2%, colorfastness ≥4. Test with sample washes.
Feel and Grip: Soft, flexible; secure grip; even edge finishing; no fraying.
Washing: Machine wash ≤40°C with neutral detergent. Avoid bleach or strong alkaline. Do not scrub anti-slip coating aggressively. Wash similar colors together.
Drying: Air dry or low heat ≤80°C. Avoid sun exposure >2h. Prevent fiber aging and insulation shrinkage.
Storage: Keep dry, ventilated, away from moisture. Avoid sharp objects.
Precautions: Do not dry clean or expose to open flame. Avoid continuous use above 250°C to prevent insulation failure.
